Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive consultation and personalized styling advice to discerning national and international clientele
- Drive sales of the complete Louis Vuitton product range with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat engagement
- Participate in in-store events including collection transitions, private appointments, and product launches
- Execute cash handling and inventory management tasks using the point-of-sale and merchandise management system
Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience
- Fluent German and English (written and verbal)
- Positive demeanor with genuine enthusiasm for luxury retail
- Strong customer orientation and passion for sales
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Arabic, or Spanish is advantageous
