Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalised, high‑end client experience that communicates the Maison’s heritage, values and product story.
  • Advise local and international customers across all product categories and guide purchases based on client needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up to grow loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to collective commercial objectives and in‑store initiatives.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product and trend knowledge and share insights with the team to elevate the customer experience.
  • Contribute to store standards including visual presentation, stock management and adherence to brand procedures.
