Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome every client and consistently deliver an exceptional luxury in-store experience in line with the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Advise clients across all product categories, tailoring recommendations to individual preferences and needs.
- Engage proactively to develop long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and follow-up techniques to foster brand loyalty.
- Drive and achieve individual and store sales objectives; be accountable for meeting personal sales targets.
- Collaborate as an active team member and participate in store activities that contribute to overall performance.
- Acquire, maintain and continuously deepen product and brand knowledge to support selling and client education.
Qualifications
- Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and luxury retail environment.
- Professional attitude, strong team spirit, responsibility and ownership of tasks.
- Fluent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Availability to work weekends (minimum one day per week) as required by store schedule.
- Entry-level profile; current enrolment in higher education (working-student status) or recent graduate preferred.

Experience
Entry-level (beginner). Prior retail or client-facing experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for luxury service and a readiness to learn are essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; current enrolment in tertiary education (university/college) preferred for the working-student weekend role.
