Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering highly personalised, discreet service that reflects Louis Vuitton’s standards and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives through consultative selling and a strategic commercial mindset.
- Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge across all categories to advise clients accurately and confidently.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships by leveraging in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems for follow-up and retention.
- Provide cross-category advice and bespoke solutions tailored to each client’s needs, cultivating repeat business and referrals.
- Contribute to store performance through collaborative teamwork, participation in trainings, and adherence to store visual and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of customer-facing retail experience; experience in high-end or luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport across a diverse, international clientele.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and curious — with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on-site with flexible availability to meet store scheduling requirements.
