Role & Responsibilities
- Provide each client with a unique and personalized experience reflecting Louis Vuitton's values and heritage
- Demonstrate commercial initiative to exceed sales objectives and meet collective and individual challenges
- Maintain continuous awareness of new collections and fashion trends through dedication to fashion culture
- Exercise active listening and empathetic service delivery to ensure excellence in client interactions
- Build and cultivate long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and loyalty development
- Adapt dynamically to individual clients and evolving retail situations in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Student in Business School, Fashion School, University, or equivalent programme
- Prior sales experience, ideally within a luxury house
- Fluent English proficiency
- Strong fashion culture and awareness
- Personable, motivated demeanor with a genuine passion for luxury client service
Skills
Experience
Beginner level with previous sales experience preferred, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
Education
Currently enrolled in or graduate of a Business School, Fashion School, University, or equivalent institution.
