Louis Vuitton seeks a part-time Sales Advisor for its Munich boutique, working Fridays and Saturdays to deliver luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Counsel and attend to sophisticated domestic and international customers with personalised service and product expertise
- Execute sales across the complete Louis Vuitton product portfolio and deliver style consultation
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships and client-specific engagement
- Participate in in-store events including collection launches, private appointments, and seasonal transitions
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and inventory management procedures utilising the merchandise management system
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or equivalent professional qualification
- Prior retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium sectors
- Commanding presence with genuine enthusiasm and service orientation
- Pronounced customer focus with demonstrable passion for sales and client engagement
- Collaborative approach to team-based retail environment
- Fluent German and English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Arabic, or Spanish considered advantageous

Experience
Entry-level to early-career retail professionals with foundational experience in customer-facing or sales roles are encouraged to apply; prior luxury retail experience is valued but not mandatory.
Education
Completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung) or equivalent professional qualification in retail, sales, or related discipline.
