Louis Vuitton Client Advisor position in Milan. Full-time retail role focused on luxury sales and client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives whilst taking ownership of boutique sales results
- Welcome and provide exceptional client experience to all customers
- Support clients throughout the purchase journey across all Louis Vuitton product categories
- Cultivate long-term client relationships by leveraging clienteling tools and techniques to strengthen brand loyalty
- Demonstrate commitment to teamwork and actively contribute to initiatives aligned with broader boutique objectives
- Develop comprehensive mastery of the Louis Vuitton brand and maintain in-depth product knowledge
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in all areas of personal presentation and professional conduct
- Comply with all company policies and operating procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- Demonstrated excellence in clienteling capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
- Proficiency in English (B2 level); knowledge of additional languages valued
- Competence with Microsoft Excel and IT systems
