Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience, welcoming each customer and guiding purchases across the Louis Vuitton assortment
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client outreach and effective clientelling
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships using CRM and clientelling tools to foster brand loyalty

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods
  • Proven clientelling and sales track record with a commercial mindset
  • Fluent English (B2); additional languages are an advantage
  • Availability to work weekends and flexibility in scheduling
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Proficient with Excel and comfortable using retail IT systems
