Louis Vuitton is hiring a Client Advisor in Mexico City. Deliver luxury client experiences and grow a career in fashion & leather goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the brand by delivering personalised, memorable luxury client experiences at every touchpoint.
- Proactively discover client needs and aspirations to curate and tailor product recommendations and services.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house Clienteling tools and CRM systems to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through strategic selling, cross-selling and follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across fashion and leather goods and communicate the maison’s heritage and craftsmanship to clients.
- Collaborate with the store team to uphold merchandising, presentation and operational standards and to manage daily transactions and after‑sales care.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing retail experience; prior experience in high‑end or luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.
- Demonstrable commercial and sales acumen with a client-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships across a diverse clientele.
- Professional presentation, discretion, and a strong sense of service etiquette appropriate to a luxury environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of customer-facing retail experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury environment. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in business, fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous.
