Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, memorable sales experience to local and international clientele across all product categories.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and after‑sales service to maximise loyalty and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Maintain in‑depth product knowledge of collections, heritage and materials to advise clients with authority and authenticity.
- Ensure impeccable visual presentation of merchandise and compliance with store procedures, stock handling and transaction processing.
- Participate in ongoing training, team briefings and collective store initiatives to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English (explicit requirement).
- Strong interest and cultural awareness of fashion and current trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and active listening to deliver service excellence.
- Commercial mindset with a proven appetite for targets and initiative.
- Adaptability to a dynamic luxury retail environment and availability to work full‑time on a fixed‑term contract in Marseille.

Experience
Entry‑level — débutant acceptable; prior retail experience is an asset but not mandatory. Onboarding and continuous training are provided.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent). Vocational training or certifications in retail/fashion is a plus.
