Louis Vuitton is hiring a Client Advisor in London to deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences and drive client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively welcome and engage clients, creating a warm, personalised and discreet in-store experience.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through tailored advice, follow-ups and appointment management.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories and related categories to present features, provenance and styling solutions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross-selling, up-selling and targeted clienteling activities.
  • Capture and update client data and preferences using CRM tools; conduct outreach by phone, email and in-person to drive repeat business.
  • Host and support client events and private appointments to cultivate a loyal client network.
  • Maintain impeccable visual and merchandising standards on the sales floor and assist with inventory receiving, transfers and stock management.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding transactions, loss prevention, stock control and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or a high-end client-facing role, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proven ability in clienteling and CRM-driven relationship management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse, international clientele.
  • Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and professionalism in presentation.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays; willingness to support client events.
  • Multilingual ability is advantageous but not required.
