Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and consultative service to local and international clients across all product categories
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through attentive listening and discovery of client preferences
- Embody the brand's heritage, values, and creative vision in every client interaction
- Identify and fulfill client desires whilst maintaining knowledge of current collections and seasonal trends
- Contribute to collective team objectives and face store challenges collaboratively
- Take initiative to exceed individual and team sales targets

- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or luxury client-facing experience
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and continuous awareness of collections and emerging trends
