Louis Vuitton Lille seeks a Sales Advisor (CDD, full-time) to deliver exceptional client experiences and develop long-term clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering personalised, high‑touch client experiences aligned with Louis Vuitton’s heritage and service standards.
- Advise local and international clients across product categories, translating product knowledge into tailored commercial proposals.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Contribute to store sales performance by meeting individual and collective revenue targets and participating in store initiatives and events.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of collections, trends and brand stories; participate in required internal trainings.
- Support day‑to‑day boutique operations including merchandising standards, stock handling and point‑of‑sale processes as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in luxury retail or high‑end sales.
- Fluent spoken English; strong interpersonal and listening skills enabling empathetic, personalised service.
- Deep interest in fashion and luxury trends with demonstrable product knowledge or rapid learning ability.
- Commercially driven with a proven ability to meet targets, take initiative and work collaboratively in a team.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods; available to start as soon as possible.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of hands‑on experience in luxury retail or premium sales roles, with a demonstrable track record of client development and achieving sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods, fashion or hospitality preferred.
