Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative service to clients and create memorable luxury retail experiences aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and contribute to store commercial performance, including up‑selling and closing.
- Develop and maintain deep product and brand knowledge across categories to advise clients across the full assortment.
- Use in‑house clienteling tools and systems to record interactions, manage follow‑ups and cultivate long‑term client relationships.
- Tailor the client journey within the store to client needs and preferences, building loyalty and repeat business.
- Support daily store operations and uphold visual, merchandising and service standards while complying with company policies and data protection procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client advisory or customer‑facing retail experience; prior luxury or high‑end retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Polished interpersonal skills with a client‑centric, consultative approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Education
