Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor in Knokke, Belgium. Student position working weekends and summer weeks under Student@Work contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives whilst maintaining accountability for results
- Welcome every client and deliver exceptional client experience aligned with Louis Vuitton standards
- Engage clients to develop long-term relationships using clienteling tools and platforms to foster brand loyalty
- Perform collaboratively as a team player and participate in activities supporting overall store objectives
- Master brand and product knowledge across the Louis Vuitton portfolio
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming, appearance, and professional conduct
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Student eligible to work under Belgian student contract (Student@Work scheme)
- Passion for luxury brands and client-centric service delivery
- Proactive, commercially-minded approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and professional attitude
- Team player with ability to multitask in fast-paced retail environment
- Fluency in Dutch and English
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or hospitality experience preferred; however, beginner candidates with demonstrated passion for luxury brands and strong interpersonal skills will be considered
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; currently enrolled as a student in Belgium
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Knokke, West Flanders, Belgium, with easy access to Bruges.
