Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, high‑touch client experience that reflects the Maison’s heritage, creativity and service standards.
- Advise local and international clientele across product categories, demonstrating deep knowledge of collections and craftsmanship.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Contribute to the store’s commercial objectives by identifying customer needs, proposing solutions and achieving individual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure exceptional store presentation, uphold merchandising standards and participate in in‑store initiatives and training.
