Louis Vuitton is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor for its store in Cologne, starting as soon as possible, on a permanent employment contract. The role focuses on client service, sales and styling advice, relationship-building, in-store events, checkout and inventory duties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and serve discerning national and international clients.
- Sell Louis Vuitton’s full product range and provide style advice.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Support in-store events, including collection changes, private appointments and product launches.
- Handle checkout and inventory tasks using the merchandise management system.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training.
- A positive presence and the ability to inspire enthusiasm.
- Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of selling.
- Enjoyment of working as part of a team.
- Very good German and English skills are required.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
