Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience to local and international customers across all product categories.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through active clienteling, follow‑up and tailored recommendations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling and upselling.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge of collections, materials and brand heritage to educate clients.
- Support daily store operations including merchandising standards, stock management and visual presentation.
- Participate in team briefings, trainings and in‑store initiatives to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken) — ability to converse confidently with international clientele.
- Genuine interest and ongoing knowledge of fashion and luxury trends.

- Commercially oriented with a demonstrated appetite for targets and collaborative problem solving.

Experience
Entry‑level role; no prior experience required although previous experience in retail or luxury client service is advantageous. Demonstrated commercial drive and customer rapport are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury sales is an advantage.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Cannes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France, with easy access to Nice.
