Louis Vuitton in Cannes seeks a Sales Advisor (fixed-term) to deliver exceptional client service in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects the Maison’s standards and values.
- Advise local and international clientele across all product categories, presenting collections and conveying product heritage and craftsmanship.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling.
- Contribute to store operational excellence: assist with merchandising standards, stock management, replenishment and point-of-sale transactions.
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing training programs to update product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to support daily store priorities, visual standards and special events.
- Uphold brand presentation and professional conduct in line with Maison guidelines.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken) required.
- Demonstrable commercial sense and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Curiosity for fashion and a continuous interest in collections and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and active listening.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced luxury retail environment and readiness to take initiative.
- Legal right to work in France (contract to start as soon as possible).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not mandatory. A strong interest in luxury fashion and proven customer-service aptitude will be highly valued.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in sales, fashion or luxury retail is a plus.
