Louis Vuitton Sales Advisor position at Berlin KaDeWe store. Full-time luxury retail role requiring German and English fluency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultation and styling guidance to national and international clientele across the entire Louis Vuitton collection
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships through attentive service and follow-up engagement
- Execute point-of-sale and inventory management activities using the store's merchandise management system
- Participate in in-store events including collection launches, private appointments, and product presentations
- Support team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative retail environment
Qualifications
- Completed professional retail or commercial training
- Demonstrable experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- Native or fluent German and English proficiency (minimum B2+ in both languages)
- Additional language capabilities preferred
- Strong presentation skills and passion for luxury goods
- Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration abilities

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or premium consumer goods sectors. Prior experience in a department store or high-end boutique environment is advantageous.
Education
Completed commercial or retail apprenticeship (Berufsausbildung) or equivalent professional qualification.
