Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, high‑touch customer experience that embodies the Maison’s values and heritage.
- Advise local and international clients across all product categories, guiding selections and presenting new collections.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive follow‑up and clienteling.
- Contribute to store commercial objectives by meeting individual and team sales targets and taking initiative to exceed goals.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure impeccable presentation, stock management and smooth day‑to‑day operations.

- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
