Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience in line with the Maison’s standards for local and international customers.
- Advise clients across product categories, communicate the Maison’s heritage and craftsmanship, and present new collections with confidence.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up and tailored clienteling.
- Contribute to store commercial objectives by meeting individual sales targets and participating in team-driven initiatives and visual merchandising tasks.
- Maintain impeccable presentation of merchandise and the sales floor, ensuring adherence to brand visual standards.
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing training programmes to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in an approved apprenticeship or work‑study programme relevant to retail, fashion or business (required for contrat d'alternance).
- Strong personal interest in fashion and continuous awareness of seasonal collections and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, active listening and a polished customer‑service demeanour.
- Commercial mindset with a willingness to take initiative and meet measurable targets.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Fluent spoken English.

Experience
Entry‑level — suitable for candidates with little or no professional retail experience. Prior internships or short-term retail experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolment in a recognised apprenticeship or work‑study programme (vocational diploma, BTS, Bachelor or equivalent) in retail, fashion, business or a related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Lille, Hauts-de-France, France.
