Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the Maison, delivering personalised, high‑quality service to local and international clients across all product categories.
  • Advise customers on product features, styling and Maison heritage to build desire and convert sales.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Participate in the store's commercial objectives: meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to collective challenges.
  • Undertake training and learning activities as part of the alternance programme to deepen product knowledge and retail skills.
  • Adapt service and approach to each client and situation in a fast‑evolving luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for an apprenticeship/alternance contract and willing to be enrolled in a complementary training programme.
  • Strong commercial sense with a demonstrable appetite for sales and target achievement.
