Louis Vuitton seeks a Sales Advisor & Stockroom Associate in Paris — deliver personalised client service and manage in‑store inventory for the Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that embodies the Maison’s values and heritage.
  • Advise local and international clients across all product categories and cultivate long‑term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Contribute to store commercial performance by prospecting, upselling and achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage stock operations: receive and unpack deliveries, prepare and process store orders, organise storage areas and ensure timely replenishment of sales floor.
  • Conduct inventory activities and cycle counts; maintain accurate stock records and support loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the retail team to preserve brand presentation and store standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Strong commercial orientation with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, active listening and refined customer service.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced retail environment, with a capacity to take initiative.
  • Organisational rigour and responsibility in handling merchandise and stock processes.
