Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome every client and deliver a distinctive Louis Vuitton experience consistent with brand standards.
- Advise clients across all product categories, matching product knowledge to client needs and occasions.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and use of digital CRM tools.
- Drive individual and team sales targets; be accountable for achieving and reporting sales results.
- Contribute actively as a team player to store activities and visual/service standards.
- Acquire and continuously update in-depth knowledge of the Brand, product ranges and promotions.
Qualifications
- Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and luxury retail.
- Professional attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit.
- Responsibility, ownership and ability to perform in a fast-paced airport setting.
- Availability to work full time, including flexible shifts consistent with airport operations.
- Strong command of English; Dutch is preferred and additional languages are a plus.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail or high-traffic travel retail environments such as airports.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or a related discipline is advantageous.
