Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Administration (Administration des Ventes) teams across Louis Vuitton’s logistics hubs (global, Europe and Client Care Services), reporting to the ADV Projects & Exotic Hub Coordinator.
  • Undertake a one-day immersion at a regional European warehouse to map end-to-end flow and operational constraints.
  • Assist with the implementation and user adoption of a new transport invoicing tool (Sightness).
  • Participate in administrative handling of imports and exports for all country types, ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Process and manage shipments of products handled outside standard stock/system flows (TRAD).
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the ADV team, including internal order processing.
  • Maintain and update KPI dashboards related to service activity and performance.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to simplify tasks and increase efficiency.
  • Complete a one-week ‘vis ma vie’ placement with the Exotic Hub covering both warehouse and ADV activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the service.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an international business school (bachelor’s or master’s level) and eligible for a 24-month alternance apprenticeship starting September 2026.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI is recommended.
  • Curious, adaptable and comfortable working in a cross-functional logistics and operations environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset; commitment to environmental and sustainability objectives.

Experience

Entry-level — suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience; previous internships or coursework in sales administration, logistics or operations is advantageous.
