Louis Vuitton in Milan is hiring a Runner Intern — full-time, on-site internship supporting store operations, client welcome, packaging and stock management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure products on the salesfloor and stockrooms are orderly, available and presented to brand standards to guarantee an excellent client experience.
- Greet and welcome clients on arrival, supporting a polished and attentive store reception.
- Assist with luxury packaging and presentation of purchases in accordance with brand procedures.
- Support stockroom activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory organisation and basic stock counts.
- Collaborate with sales and visual teams to maintain floor readiness and respond to ad-hoc operational needs during service.
Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of English (spoken).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic client-focused attitude.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic retail environment.
- Agile, punctual and comfortable working on the shop floor for full-time schedules; available to work in-person at the Milan store.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience in retail or other client-facing environments.
Education
High school diploma; current enrolment in or recent completion of a vocational or university programme in fashion, retail, hospitality or a related field is preferred.
