Louis Vuitton apprenticeship: RSE Projects Assistant (Paris 1er, July 2026–July 2027). Master's student in textiles/sustainability with data management and environmental compliance skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and track material supplier and manufacturer traceability information across the entire value chain, including leather, textiles, components, and embellishment materials
- Manage certification requests and monitor material certifications
- Input traceability data into PLM Centric and collect certification documentation and transaction certificates
- Flag alerts and develop action plans to implement the responsible purchasing strategy
- Support suppliers in aligning material offerings with the corporate CSR charter
- Prepare KPIs and campaign reporting at the end of AGEC buying sessions
- Prepare, analyse, and maintain reliable databases for products designated for publication on the governmental Ecobalyse platform for French environmental labelling
- Collaborate cross-business unit and across Group maisons to gather necessary information to meet regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with IT teams to validate data accuracy, calculate discrepancies, and provide necessary information for publication
- Ensure adherence to publication deadlines set by the Group
- Support and assist suppliers with platform access and data entry for the annual LVMH reporting campaign
- Exploit traceability data collected during campaigns and declare data on the RRM platform
- Control and guarantee data reliability across volumes, units, certifications, fibres, and supplier addresses
- Coordinate with purchasing teams to validate procurement parameters including scope, volumes, and documentation
- Track supplier submissions to ensure timely reporting and deadline compliance
- Monitor regulatory standards relating to chemical products across France, China, US, and European Union
- Track regulatory developments impacting ready-to-wear, textiles, and leather products including Proposition 65 and REACH
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's degree programme (Level 1 or 2) in textiles, materials, or environmental science
- Strong environmental and sustainable development knowledge
- Rigorous and conscientious work methodology
- Organised approach with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and milestones
- Demonstrated interest in environmental topics
- Proficiency in data processing and analysis tools
- Values and principles aligned with the Louis Vuitton brand and LVMH Group culture

Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional experience required, though familiarity with supply chain or sustainability projects is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in textiles, materials engineering, environmental science, or sustainable development with a focus on environmental impact and circular economy principles.
