Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop pedagogical content and modules aligned with strategic retail career pathways across EMEA.
- Structure clear career development paths by mapping required competencies and translating them into learning journeys.
- Apply advanced content‑design methodologies to ensure training modules are effective, engaging and measurable.
- Create and manage internal communication assets (infographics, promotional videos, newsletters, learning portals) to promote development opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics for multi‑location training programmes: venue selection, speaker management, resource allocation and cost optimisation.
- Plan the annual training calendar, anticipate future needs and recommend strategic adjustments to maximise programme impact.
- Monitor training KPIs, collect participant feedback and propose continuous improvements based on data and business needs.
- Collaborate closely with HR development and retail managers to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and career progression objectives.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and perform under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
- Creative sensibility and an eye for luxury details, able to produce visually appealing communication materials.
- Competent in social media and digital content formats; comfortable producing or briefing multimedia assets.
- Prior internship or practical experience in events, communications, L&D or related disciplines is preferred.

Experience
Entry‑level (apprenticeship). Candidates are expected to have recent internships or practical exposure to events, communications or learning projects; demonstrable interest in retail learning and development will be valued.
Education
Enrolled in a higher education or vocational programme in HR, Learning & Development, Communications, Event Management or equivalent, compatible with an apprenticeship contract.
