Louis Vuitton Retail Trainee in Xiamen: 6-month immersive summer programme for aspiring luxury sales professionals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured six-month immersive retail curriculum covering commercial strategy, client experience and digital retail operations.
- Deliver high-calibre, personalised service to clients on the sales floor while learning Louis Vuitton’s standards of clienteling and product knowledge.
- Support day-to-day store operations including merchandising, stock management and point-of-sale activities under the guidance of store mentors.
- Collaborate with assigned store and headquarters mentors to translate strategic learning into practical in-store initiatives.
- Assist in VIP client events and brand activations when required, supporting operational preparation and guest experience delivery.
Qualifications
- Open to candidates from any academic background; recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset, strong learning agility and a desire to build a career at the pinnacle of luxury retail.
- Creative, forward-thinking attitude with the willingness to apply contemporary (Gen Z) perspectives to high-end retail.

- Available to commit to a six-month, on-site summer programme in Xiamen and legally authorised to work in China.

Experience
No prior luxury retail experience is required; previous customer service, hospitality or retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or currently completing an undergraduate degree (all disciplines considered).
