Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a six-month immersive retail curriculum covering brand heritage, product knowledge, client experience and digital retail fundamentals.
- Support daily store operations including client service, sales transactions and visual standards to uphold maison quality.
- Execute clienteling activities and assist with VIP (VIC) events and customer appointments under mentor supervision.
- Collaborate with store and headquarters mentors to apply commercial strategy and participate in learning assessments and feedback sessions.
- Contribute to digital initiatives in-store (e.g., omnichannel client interactions) and support ad hoc merchandising or event set-ups.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and participate in potential short-term store rotations or special development projects based on performance.
