Louis Vuitton seeks a Retail Trainee (Summer Program) in Hangzhou: a 6-month immersive retail training opportunity in luxury clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a six-month immersive retail curriculum covering commercial strategy, client experience and digital retail.
- Support daily store operations and contribute to delivering a consistent, high-touch luxury client journey.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth product knowledge across leather goods and accessories; present merchandise with impeccable standards.
- Assist in clienteling activities and support VIP (VIC) customer events and experiential initiatives.
- Work alongside a dedicated store mentor and a headquarters strategy mentor to apply learnings to live retail scenarios.
- Participate in evaluations, learning modules and cross-functional rotations to broaden retail and commercial understanding.
