Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a six-month immersive retail curriculum covering commercial strategy, client experience, and digital retail.
- Support daily store operations including client reception, sales assistance and after-sales service to deliver elevated client experiences.
- Collaborate with store and headquarters mentors in a dual-track mentorship model to develop cross-functional perspectives.
- Participate in store rotations and support VIP/VIC client events and activations as part of professional development.
- Apply digital retail tools and contemporary clienteling techniques to strengthen customer relationships and sales performance.
