Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a six‑month immersive retail development programme covering commercial strategy, client experience and digital retail.
- Support daily store operations and the sales floor, assisting with client interactions, clienteling and relationship building.
- Acquire and communicate deep product and maison heritage knowledge to deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Contribute to VIP/VIC events and in‑store activations, providing high‑touch service and logistical support.
- Collaborate with assigned store mentor and HQ strategy mentor to translate strategic learnings into store practice.
- Use digital retail tools and CRM to profile clients, manage follow‑ups and support sales conversion.
- Strive to meet individual and team KPIs and participate in potential store rotation opportunities when eligible.
Qualifications
