Role & Responsibilities
- Undertake a six-month immersive retail development programme covering commercial strategy, client experience and digital retail.
- Support daily store operations including sales service, stock management and visual upkeep.
- Engage proactively in clienteling activities to build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with store and headquarters mentors through a dual-track coaching model to develop cross-functional perspective.
- Participate in VIC/VIP events, promotional activities and store initiatives as required.
- Rotate across core in-store functions to acquire end-to-end retail knowledge and practical experience.
