Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a six-month immersive curriculum covering commercial strategy, client experience and digital retail under structured classroom and on‑the‑job modules.
- Support daily store operations, including client interactions, product presentation and point‑of‑sale processes to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
- Partner with a store mentor and a headquarters strategy mentor to translate strategic initiatives into front‑line execution and gain cross‑functional perspective.
- Participate in VIP (VIC) client activities, events and clienteling initiatives to build relationship management skills and a high‑value client portfolio.
- Contribute to digital retail projects and omnichannel integrations, applying the programme’s digital modules to improve client engagement.
- Undertake regular feedback reviews and performance assessments; top performers may be offered priority access to store rotations and development assignments.
Qualifications
- Open to candidates from all academic backgrounds; final‑year students or recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Available for a full‑time, six‑month on‑site commitment starting summer 2026, and able to work in one of the recruiting cities (including Shanghai).
- Demonstrates a growth mindset, rapid learning ability and strong team collaboration skills.

Experience
No previous luxury retail experience is required; prior customer‑facing, sales, hospitality or internship experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The programme targets entry‑level candidates eager to fast‑track a career in luxury retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree or final‑year student in any discipline preferred.
