Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a six‑month immersive retail training curriculum covering commercial strategy, client experience and digital retail operations.
- Support daily store operations including client service, merchandising, stock handling and point‑of‑sale procedures under the supervision of store mentors.
- Develop clienteling skills: prospecting, relationship building, and delivering personalised service for high‑value clientele.
- Collaborate with HQ and store mentors on digital initiatives and VIP event delivery, contributing to store KPIs.
- Undertake assessments and project work assigned by store and headquarters mentors to demonstrate learning progress and readiness for rotations.
