Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a six-month immersive retail training curriculum covering commercial strategy, client experience, and digital retail operations.
- Work on the shop floor under the guidance of a store mentor to apply techniques in clienteling, product presentation and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with an assigned headquarters strategy mentor to develop business acumen and a broader understanding of brand initiatives.
- Support VIP/VIC client events and activations, contributing to client outreach, event logistics and on-site service delivery.
- Complete rotational assignments and practical projects that demonstrate sales performance, visual standards and digital retail competencies.
