Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a six-month immersive retail development programme combining classroom modules and on‑floor practice covering brand heritage, commercial strategy, client experience and digital retail.
- Execute daily store operations under the guidance of a store mentor, including customer engagement, sales support and maintaining visual and merchandising standards.
- Partner with a dedicated headquarters mentor to develop strategic perspectives on client segmentation, digital clienteling and KPI-driven selling.
- Support VIP and client events, assist with appointment management and follow‑up to cultivate long‑term relationships.
- Undertake rotational tasks across service, merchandising and stock management to build a 360° understanding of luxury retail.
