Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive retail training modules covering commercial strategy, customer experience, and digital retail innovation
- Execute in-store duties including client interactions, product knowledge application, and sales execution under mentor supervision
- Engage with VIP customer activities and exclusive events as part of the enrichment program
- Contribute to store operations and visual merchandising initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and store leadership to support retail performance
- Document learnings and progress throughout the six-month immersive program
