Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a six-month immersive retail training programme covering commercial strategy, client experience and digital retail.
- Support daily store operations including client interactions, sales follow-up and clienteling activities under the guidance of a store mentor.
- Contribute to VIP client events and support bespoke client services when required.
- Rotate through practical in-store assignments to learn merchandising, stock management and visual standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HQ mentors to understand broader brand strategy and digital retail initiatives.
- Complete assigned learning modules, assessments and feedback sessions to track performance and progression.
