Louis Vuitton seeks a Team Manager in Monterrey, Mexico to lead retail sales, client development and team coaching.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, modelling Louis Vuitton's customer service standards and the four LV Attitudes.
- Recruit, develop and retain talent; design and implement individual development plans in collaboration with the Field Coach trainer.
- Drive client development through proactive clienteling, portfolio cultivation, cross-selling and repurchase strategies.
- Manage day-to-day sales floor operations, ensuring optimal client experience, staff allocation and service recovery when required.
- Provide market and product expertise to maximise category performance and inform merchandising and assortment decisions.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and in-store animations to enhance product presentation and stimulate demand.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business updates to the team, fostering a client-centric culture and commercial discipline.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of specialty retail experience with proven people-management responsibility.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client portfolios.
- Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate; comfortable using clienteling tools and retail systems.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities, punctuality and flexibility.
- Passion for fashion and the luxury sector; strong team orientation and adaptability.

Experience
Minimum five years in specialty retail with experience managing teams and a proven ability to drive sales, client acquisition and retention.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
