Louis Vuitton Retail Team Manager in Hanoi — lead store sales, coach the team and deliver exceptional client experiences in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of monthly and annual sales targets through active floor leadership and performance management.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team, establishing individual objectives, succession plans and tailored development actions in collaboration with Field Coach Trainers.
- Model and ensure consistent delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise and the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes across the team.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships and a client-centric culture; leverage clienteling tools to maximise retention and repurchase.
- Run effective sales floor management: remain a visible presence, support the team’s sales activity, and foster cross-selling.
- Translate corporate strategy into in-store execution through morning briefings, training sessions and team animations.
- Provide qualitative market, product and client feedback to the Country office and support product category initiatives when nominated.
- Manage store operations: enforce brand standards and grooming, support inventory control and contribute to workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in retail, with demonstrated progression into supervisory or managerial roles—preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Proven leadership and people-development capabilities, including performance management and talent identification.
- Strong commercial acuity with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills; ability to inspire client-centric behaviour across a team.
- Solid operational knowledge of store processes including inventory, merchandising and workforce planning.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years' experience in retail with prior responsibility for managing or supervising a sales team; experience in luxury retail or premium brands strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred (business, retail, fashion or related); equivalent professional experience in luxury retail accepted.
