Louis Vuitton is hiring a Retail Team Lead in Toronto, Ontario. Full-time on-site role — $32–$38 CAD/hr plus benefits and Retail Bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor and develop sales staff to deliver an exemplary client experience and achieve individual and store targets.
- Drive client acquisition, retention and long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised service strategies.
- Lead on-floor selling and visual presentation to ensure the store consistently reflects brand standards and commercial priorities.
- Support store management with daily operations including inventory control, loss-prevention, merchandising and staff scheduling.
- Champion a product category as required, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and translating trends into commercial opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, delivering regular feedback and implementing corrective actions to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of retail experience, preferably within luxury goods or premium fashion.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity with demonstrable coaching outcomes.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-management skills with an emphasis on delivering personalised service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; aptitude for building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail experience, ideally with prior supervisory responsibility; experience in luxury or premium retail environments is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, retail, fashion or a related discipline is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 32 to CAD 38 per hour.
