Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store floor operations and selling activity; ensure the boutique delivers an exceptional, personalized client experience consistent with Louis Vuitton standards.
- Support the Store Manager and Team Managers in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and store targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales team members through on-the-floor training, performance feedback and career development conversations.
- Act as category champion: maintain deep product knowledge, monitor trends and advise on merchandising and client recommendations.
- Oversee operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, stock management, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience, with at least some experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and developing client relationships within a luxury environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a proven ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
