Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations on the sales floor and ensure flawless execution of visual and service standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to achieve individual and team targets; support the Store Director and Team Managers in talent development.
- Cultivate and expand client relationships through proactive clienteling, personalised service and expert product advice.
- Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities, recommending product selections aligned with client profiles and market trends, and championing category initiatives when assigned.
- Oversee operational tasks including stock management, loss prevention, point-of-sale processes and compliance with brand procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Proven supervisory or team-lead experience with a track record of coaching others to meet sales KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrable clienteling ability with high-net-worth or discerning clientele.
- Strong commercial orientation with the ability to read market trends and translate them into sales opportunities.

At least 3 years of retail experience, including supervisory responsibilities within a luxury or premium retail environment; demonstrable success in driving sales and developing staff.
Education
