Louis Vuitton seeks a Retail Team Lead in Hudson Yards, New York — lead boutique sales and coach staff. Hourly $36–$39 + benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead sales activity on the floor by modelling exemplary client service, achieving personal sales targets and supporting the team to meet collective goals.
- Develop and manage a personal client portfolio while promoting cross-selling and repeat visits to maximise lifetime value.
- Maintain a visible, proactive presence on the sales floor to optimise business opportunities and ensure adherence to brand service standards.
- Coach, mentor and provide regular feedback to team members; identify development needs and propose tailored action plans.
- Support Store Manager and Team Manager with recruiting, talent identification and succession planning; contribute to team briefings and category-specific engagement.
- Foster a collaborative, motivated work environment that drives commercial performance and elevates the client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium brands, including supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Proven ability to coach and develop retail teams, with experience in performance management and staff engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach and professional presence.
- Availability to work on-site at the Hudson Yards boutique, including weekends and peak trading hours.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury sales experience, including demonstrated supervisory or team-lead responsibilities and a consistent record of meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary qualification in business, retail management or fashion is preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 36 to USD 39 per hour.
