Louis Vuitton — Minneapolis is hiring a Retail Team Lead at Southdale (full-time, on-site); $32–$37/hr plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team to elevate performance, product knowledge and client service standards.
- Deliver and model exceptional client experiences and clienteling practices to build long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Drive store sales and KPIs by proactively pursuing business opportunities and supporting achievement of sales targets.
- Manage floor operations and selling activity, including merchandising standards, visual presentation and product promotions; optionally champion a specific product category.
- Support operational excellence: inventory accuracy, loss prevention, staff scheduling, opening/closing procedures and compliance with store policies.
- Partner with the Store Manager to co-create local sales strategies, deliver training and implement brand initiatives.
- Perform administrative tasks and reporting required by store leadership to maintain service and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of retail experience, with proven leadership or supervisory responsibilities in luxury or premium retail.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and executing clienteling strategies.
- Strong coaching, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop talent and foster team collaboration.
- High standards of professionalism, discretion and presentation consistent with a luxury retail environment.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays; ability to work on-site full time.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years of progressive retail experience, including supervisory or team‑lead responsibility within luxury or premium brands, with a strong record in client development and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or related retail/management qualification preferred.
