Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor: meet personal sales targets, encourage cross-selling and cultivate repeat client visits.
- Manage daily floor operations to maximise commercial opportunities and ensure consistent adherence to service and visual standards.
- Build and maintain a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling and relationship development.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members; identify training needs and propose individualised development plans in support of succession.
- Support Store Manager/Team Manager with recruitment, talent identification and performance management to sustain team capability.
- Act as the store’s product category champion by liaising with Corporate Merchandising, sharing client feedback and executing category action plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including proven sales and people-leadership responsibilities; luxury or premium fashion retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable clienteling and relationship-building expertise with a track record of achieving sales KPIs.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams, with experience creating and implementing personalised development plans.
- Strong commercial acumen and capability to manage the sales floor to optimise customer experience and business results.
- Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years of retail experience with demonstrated sales leadership; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail management or fashion is a plus.
