Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance through personal selling, active presence on the sales floor and by encouraging cross-selling and client return visits.
- Build and cultivate a personal client portfolio while supporting the team’s clienteling efforts to maximise lifetime value.
- Support the Store Manager and Team Manager in daily store operations, ensuring adherence to brand service standards and visual presentation.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales associates through regular feedback, tailored development plans and performance follow-ups.
- Participate in recruitment, talent identification and succession planning in collaboration with store management.
- Act as the store’s product category champion for the Corporate Merchandising team, delivering feedback on product performance, quality, client insights and market trends.
- Communicate product and commercial priorities to the team, lead briefings and implement action plans to support category performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in retail, with proven achievements in sales and client development.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a high-end or luxury retail environment.
- Strong clienteling skills with the ability to develop and maintain a personal client portfolio.
- Proven ability to coach and develop frontline sales teams and to influence commercial results.
- Eligible to work in the United States and able to work on-site with a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Minimum three years of experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods, with a track record of achieving sales targets, developing client relationships and supervising or mentoring sales staff.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, fashion or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
